Guild Charter
All members of the clan are subject to the following rules. These rules might not apply depending on the specific dynamics of a game. In general however, all rules apply when interacting with other players' characters whom a reasonable third party would consider to be a non-opponent of the clan member(s):
- No stealing of other players' items.
- No intentional killing of players who have a reasonable expectation of friendly conduct from a clan member.
- No cheating of any sort. This includes but is not limited to:
- The duplication of items by any means.
- Knowingly using any cheated (including hacked and/or duplicated) items for any purpose, including trading and/or selling for money.
- The use of any program that modifies the parameters under which a game is played, giving the player an unfair advantage over others.
- Benefitting in any way from the actions of cheaters as defined above. In other words, members may not knowingly play with cheaters, nor may they obtain and/or use any items from them.
- No intentional disruption of meetings or games; no channel, e-mail or forum spamming; and no other immature behavior that damages the clan's reputation, either publicly or privately.
- No conspiring to allow anyone into the clan who would violate the above rules.
- Clan rules apply to all members, regardless of alias or handle.
